Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the SgtGodoy.com Affiliate Program, operated by Sergeant Godoy Test Prep LLC. By submitting an affiliate application, you agree to these terms in full. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

Enrollment

Applications are reviewed manually and we will respond within 48 hours. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion, for any reason.

Commission

Approved affiliates earn a 30% commission on all purchases made by customers referred through their unique affiliate link. This includes the customer's initial order and any future orders they place on SgtGodoy.com. Commission rates are subject to change at any time with notice by email.

Tracking

Sales are tracked using browser cookies with a 180-day window. Any order placed within 180 days of a visitor clicking your affiliate link will be credited to you. We are not responsible for untracked sales resulting from cookie deletion, browser settings, or any modification to your affiliate link.

Payments

  • Commissions are paid weekly via PayPal.

  • There is a one-week delay between an order being placed and your commission being paid out.

  • If PayPal is not available to you, please notify us as early as possible so we can discuss alternatives.

Refunds

If a customer requests a refund within one week of purchase, no commission will be paid for that order. Refunds requested more than one week after purchase do not affect your commission.

Promotional Standards

You are responsible for all content you publish to promote our products. You agree not to:

  • Use spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive advertising of any kind.

  • Bid on our brand name ("Sgt Godoy," "SgtGodoy.com," or any variation) in paid search campaigns.

  • Make false or misleading claims about our products or services.

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish our course content, blog posts, or any other site materials without prior written permission.

You must include a clear affiliate disclosure on any page where you place your affiliate links, stating that you earn a commission on qualifying purchases.

Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraud, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the program. Commissions earned on valid sales prior to termination will be paid out. Commissions tied to violations may be forfeited.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned through the program. Sergeant Godoy Test Prep LLC does not withhold taxes of any kind from commission payments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sergeant Godoy Test Prep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

Governing Law

Your participation in the affiliate program is subject to the laws of the state of Texas.
